E-Commerce Senior Project Manager in BALLARAT, Victoria

My client is a leader in Australian food retailing. In 2007 my client was acquired by one of Australia's largest public companies. Based in Perth, they have grown and diversified from its early beginnings to become one of Australia's largest listed companies with almost 200,000 employees, 18 million customer transactions a week and approximately 500,000 shareholders.

They are on a journey of service improvement and have built and upgraded new stores; installed self service checkouts; expanded their online offering and added new service lines such as Car Insurance to enhance their growth and market share.
Their revenues are up by 6.9% to $32 billion dollars and they have experienced double digit growth in fresh food sales.

The purpose of the role is to enhance the Project Management capability within the technology department and to help run projects that sit within the five year growth agenda of the business.
Running successful projects and implementing strong processes will be critical to the success of the business objectives.
The Project Manager will work closely with a number of senior stakeholders across a variety of different business units including replenishment, loyalty, E-commerce and logistics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running and delivering projects of work and will act as a focal point for IT and within the business.
