The Senior HR Business Partner will work with key business stakeholders to provide both strategic and generalist HR consulting advice. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering relevant HR strategy to the business through your ability to influence senior internal stakeholders and providing expertise on a range of HR activities and programs that will support the business and ensure business success. Strong HR technical knowledge and demonstrated generalist experience particularly in the areas of creating a strong performance culture, change management, talent management and organisational design will ensure your success in this challenging role. You will have extensive experience in Human Resource Management from working in a large corporate environment
